Last night's leftovers got all sexed up with South Indian flavours.

This is a variation on the potato and onion filling of a masala dosa, which is one of my favourite things to eat.

Potatoes | onion | green beans | cumin seeds | black mustard seeds | turmeric | asafoetida | lemon

My diet has been a bit haphazard recently so when I decided to really put the effort back into cooking and eating healthy, regular meals, blogging about it seemed an obvious way to motivate myself. 

This is what I made tonight:

New potatoes | green beans with mustard seeds and garlic | halloumi
